Lamentations 3: 23—"They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness."

Every morning your hope is renewed. No matter what has happened the day before, each morning is a new day to start fresh. Let yesterday take care of yesterday and let today take care of today. Let God take care of tomorrow. The Lord understands you are human and have your ups and downs. Things get to you and you may get irritated or discouraged. God still loves you and has compassion toward you. He understands your struggles and understands your ignorance of his plan. He knows you trust him and knows you believe in his word. Take heart because a new day is coming for you. If today does not turn out the way you planned, then tomorrow is another chance to try again. Just never give up. No matter how long it takes, never give up. Realize God has got your back and outside of that nothing else really matters. Endure what you have to endure. Each and every time you have to face an obstacle you are learning skills, increasing strength, and building up your character. All of this is needed for you next assignment for God. He is preparing you so when everything falls into place, you will be ready. Do not rush things. Just enjoy what you can each day and continue to minister to those who come before you. Take it one day at the time. Take comfort in knowing you are part of God's kingdom and he is working in your life.

Heavenly Father, thank you for reminding me you are working in my life. Thank you for the words of encouragement. Lead me today, Lord, to do your will in everything I say and do. Help me be a living testament of trust and faith in you. Help me lead others to you by my example. I pray in the name of Jesus, Amen.
