Psalm 36:7—"How excellent is thy loving kindness, O God! Therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings."

The Lord loves you so much and wants to do great things through you. He has a soft spot for you. He is so kindly towards you. With this much love and gentleness, it's easy to trust Him. Rest under his wing where you are protected. You are safe. He is watching over you. You can relax and take a break from being so vigilant. You do not have to be on guard. He will watch your back. It's been a long road and you are tired. You have fought a good fight and learned many lessons. You have honed your skills and your talents. Therefore, just rest. Enjoy the time in the peaceful place where you are safe. God has his arms around you. You are not being tested. This is a waiting period for you. Enjoy the peace for a season. Let God protect you. Trust Him.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for your love and thank you for your kindness. You are so good to me. I am glad to rest under the shadow of your wing. Use me, Lord; I submit to your will. In Christ's name, Amen.
